From understanding when probate is required to navigating full versus limited authority sales, court timelines, and tax considerations, Kristen brings clarity, strategy, and compassion during what is often a difficult time for families.

With a strong legal background, holding a bachelor's degree in both Criminal Justice and Political Science, she is a born leader. Advocating for her clients comes naturally; she exceeds expectations and provides the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

Born and raised in Sonoma County, Kristen doesn't just work in the North Bay, she lives it.
